What You'll Be Doing:

  • Engage in new and existing client development activities. Activities include but are not limited to: sourcing, cold calling, qualifying initial clients, identifying potential end users/decision makers, establishing contact relationships, completing company/department profiles and organizational charts, marketing candidates, identifying national/third party/vendor on premise opportunities, scheduling and conducting new and follow-up client activities.
  • Ensure local market alignment with initiatives related to client targeting.
  • Develop, maintain and grow existing client relationships by uncovering new growth prospects and expanding existing opportunities.
  • Become an expert in the IT space and consult with the client making recommendations and proposals to their business – showing true value.
  • Establish client expectations and effectively communicate to appropriate parties.

  • Facilitate development of professional service agreements, including negotiation of terms and conditions when necessary, between Yoh and clients.
  • Interface with leadership to establish pricing for quotes and bids that are consistent with the company's financial objectives.
  • Coordinate with your delivery teammates once a job requisition has been identified and qualified.
  • Leverage our CRM/ATS tools to track and maintain current and prospective clients and opportunities.
  • Determine and implement appropriate marketing techniques for market, industry and region.
  • Promote Yoh services through participating in professional associations, trade shows and other public relations opportunities.
  • Order management to ensure all requisitions are fully covered and being driven by the AM to a favorable decision.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

  • 2+ years of successful, executive level sales and business development experience within the Staffing industry.
  • 2+ years of successful recruiting or business development experience within the IT sector.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • A strong understanding of the local/regional business environment
  • Strong relationship building skills particularly with key decision makers and C-level executives
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Comfort presenting to Decision Makers, Key Stakeholders and C-level executives
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or sophisticated projects
  • Experience describing and documenting project or client requirements
  • Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
  • Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
  • Superior consulting, leadership, management, interpersonal and mentoring skills
