The IT Business Analyst will work with Project Manager, Business team, Technology team, Clients and Partners to capture and document business requirements for our client's project. The IT Business Analyst will be assisting Project Managers and the delivery team for implementation and roll-out of assigned projects. In addition, this position will require to work closely with internal or external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Business, Technology, Service Providers and Partners to capture requirements, build workflows, understand data flows and data models, and create requirements traceability matrices
  • Project support of digital applications within company Marketing and SalesDigital space
  • Engagement in company PMO processes for ensuring proper channels of delivery are being followed
  • Process and manage JIRA tickets for the application portfolio.
  • Assist project managers to facilitate recurring status meetings with stakeholders working in company Digital space
  • Identify and capture project risks and communicate those risks on regular basis to project leadership team
  • Gather and document business and technical requirements
  • Collect meeting notes and project milestones within company collaborative WIKI space
  • Document and maintain project artifacts
  • Perform Quality Assurance Analysis function if needed
  • Participate in UAT, help to identify and report system issues, user-interface problems, or other potential problems
  • Safeguard the company?s assets
  • Adhere to the company?s compliance program
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry standards, methodologies, processes, and best practices
  • Maintain a focus on customer-service, efficiency, quality, and growth
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 5years of multi-disciplined IT projects experienceyear
  • Must have several s experience working on IT projects through discovery and delivery phases throughout the SDLC (waterfall and agile)
  • Must have experienceworking with Microsoft Office tools including MS Project
  • Must have strong data management and analysis skills
  • Understanding of Project Management methodologies and have ability to prioritize issues with business effectively
  • Must be willing to flex work hours accordingly to support application launches and manage production outages if necessary
  • Must have experience working on projects related to digitalmarketing, campaign management (display, search, social media) using one of more of the Google, Adobe and Facebook marketing platforms
  • Experience with gathering business requirements and documenting them effectively in project discovery phase
  • Ability to multitask with numerous projects and responsibilities
  • Experienceworking with JIRA and Confluence
  • Must have experience working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience including presentations to senior leadership, peer groups, and associates
  • Mus have strong facilitation, and time management skills
  • Must be a well-organized and self-directed individual who is "politically savvy" and a team player
  • Must be able and willing to participate as individual contributor as needed
  • Must have ability to work the time necessary to complete projects and/or meet deadlines
  • Must have a Bachelordegree
