Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst for our Information Technology group located in Horsham, PA.
Ascertains and documents business requirements and processes that fit with the company's system architecture standards, utilizing deep understanding of business processes for area of focus. Recommends process improvements, working closely with users and management. Involved in planning of system and development deployment as well as responsible for meeting software compliance standards. Establishes and documents system parameters and formats and coordinates and/or modifies system parameters in terms of existing and projected computer capacity and capabilities. May create (or oversee) test scripts to ensure functionality meets requirements documented. May design and develop training material and may deliver training. May act as a liaison with other business functions.
This position will directly support the Safety Assessment Toxicology and Pathology business units. Must demonstrate proficiency with GxP, computer systems validation processes, understand basic project management skills and processes and be a very effective communicator. This position should have a background/subject matter expertise in the one or more of the following fields: Toxicology, Saftey Pharmacology, DART, Veterinary Medicine, Pathology, Clinical Pathology and have leadership skills.
