IT Access Management Specialist

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for Tier II Identity and Access Management (IAM) support tasks on legacy IT systems and applications, including provisioning of entitlements and accounts for the user base, access rights certification, and role–based access, administration, and privileged account maintenance on a range of platforms, systems, and applications. Manage the IAM call flow and resolution processes. Document IAM technical architecture, interfaces, IAM Application, IAM scripts, and IAM database table. Document IAM Feed, Provisioning, and De–Provisioning Processes. Document the IAM manual provisioning process. Document IAM standard operations support manual. 

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with IAM

-3+ years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory

-Experience in Tier II troubleshooting IT systems with an escalation role

-Knowledge of Linux

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
-AA or AS degree or 5+ years of experience with IAM support required

-Security+ Certification required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with SQL Scripting

-Experience with VMware

-Ability to respond to Tier I requests for granting, modifying, or restricting system or application access

-Ability to perform and validate modifications to system IAW approved requests
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skilla for incident response documentation

-BA or BS degreepreferred

-CCSA Certification preferred
