You will be the supervisor supporting the off shifts with primary responsibility on Weekend Shift (Friday-Sunday 8:00am-8:00pm) for the Plymouth, MN site. You will be the primary support and the first escalation point of contact when needed. You will be responsible for leading the 2nd shift tiered operating systems (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, & Productivity) across the Assembly, Test, and Wafer Fabrication areas. You will work closely with 1st shift supervisors and other functional teams to create and execute the strategic goals for the areas of responsibility.

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

"The annual base salary range for this position is $77,000 - $96,200. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations."

• 2+ years' experience in manufacturing
• Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

MUST HAVE:
• 2+ years' experience in manufacturing
• Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.

• Associate's/Bachelor's Degree
• Some relevant manufacturing experience
• Some relevant leadership experience
• Green Belt Trained or Certified
• Ability to work across multiple teams/functions
• Efficient with SAP software
• Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment
• Conveys information with clarity and directness
• Computer literacy
• Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done
• Semi-conductor experience
• Prior Supervisor experience
• Prior non-exempt leadership experience
