Summary:

We are currently seeking an IS Financial Analyst at our corporate headquarters in Raleigh, NC. Reporting directly to the Asset Manager within the Infrastructure and Security Office, the IS Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing financial services to Information Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the IS Financial Coordinator, reviewing work prior to submission: advise on timelines and priority
  • Point of contact for escalation issues with vendors, employees, and external departments
  • Interface with Director and Chief level executives: advising on current budget status and implementing necessary adjustments
  • Manage vendor relationships: including conflict resolution, payable issues, contract management
  • Manage and report on Capital and Expense Budgets: including creation, execution of order, asset creation, and completion
  • Overseeing depreciation budgets and timelines
  • Responds and manages audit requests from both internal audit and external vendor auditors
  • Responsible for leasing details: including capital lease v expense lease, tax details
  • Manage year-end financial reporting to both tax and financial analyst groups
  • Oversee the daily, month-end and year-end responsibilities for accounts payable and procurement processes
  • Controls and reports on the General for multiple business units
  • Setup and maintain work orders with reporting to both various internal and external partners

Experience:

  • Associate degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
  • 10+ years of Accounting AP and/or Procurement experience
  • Experience with JDE AP and Purchasing modules
  • Experience with TM1
  • Excellent Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
