The Mechanical Systems, Externals, and Nacelles (MSEN) Module Center at Pratt & Whitney (P&W) is looking for a self-motivated and disciplined individual to join its team as an Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leader for the PW1100G & PW1400G Externals Module. The IPT Leader will be accountable for part-level ownership of Component Integrated Product Team (CIPT) task planning and execution and ensure the IPT reaches decision necessary to meet the overall component goals. In this role, you will have direct interfacing opportunities with the PW Program Office and the Airframe Customer.

Qualified candidates need to be technically competent, communicate effectively and be able to coordinate between a diverse team of individuals. IPT Leaders should also be customer focused to support the team to meet the aggressive demands of this commercial compliance program. Key responsibilities include:

* Leading or supporting closure of key technical issues

* Management of IPT budgets, manpower resources, and milestone compliance.

* Participating in Customer, SIPT, IPMT and Sr Management interaction and presentations

* Managing key IPT technical and business metrics

* Providing technical support on EVP engine build and engine test activities


Qualification: Experience/Qualifications

Minimum 4 years related experience

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and trending skills

*Focus on results and the ability to drive tasks to completion

*Demonstrated effectiveness in working across functions, organizations and all levels of management

*Working knowledge of continuous improvement principles (e.g. ACE, QCPC)

*Knowledge of our Program Management toolsets (SAP, TeamCenter, CPMS)


Education: *BS in appropriate engineering discipline is required. An advanced degree in engineering and/or MBA is preferred but not required.
