Goodwin seeks a highly qualified junior associate (J.D. class of 2015 – 2016) to join our rapidly growing Intellectual Property Litigation group. The goal of this position is to develop and train industry leading trial lawyers for difficult technology cases. Ideal candidate will have experience with complex technology disputes, including trade secret and patent disputes. Strong brief writing and oral advocacy skills are a must. Specific experience drafting pleadings, document review and managing discovery is required. A degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is strongly preferred. In-court experience and/or clerkship is preferred but not required.
