The Product Analyst will work closely with the Director of Product Management to support our existing suite of investment strategies and the services through which they are delivered, new product development and product sun-setting. Will provide in-depth analysis of current and prospective investment product offerings, competitive landscape and investor profiles as well as support new product development and research. The Product Analyst’s output will not only reinforce our value proposition with our clients and prospects, but it will also provide our product management, sales and marketing teams with information to foster growth in our business. The Product Analyst will conduct a lot of research through sources such as public websites, industry databases, ADVs, and client contracts. The Product Analyst will also be writing product positioning statements and RFP responses. Responsibilities include: use both primary and secondary research, evaluate and report on current/prospective markets and distribution channels for our investment strategies; provide account management, sales, segments, product development, marketing and other areas with information and analysis relevant to the management, development and distribution of our investment strategies; work with product management, portfolio specialists, sales, distribution, account management, and the investment teams to support promotion of our investment strategies in client networks; and work with sales and solutions teams to provide pre-sales support related to the product, including responding to RFPs.
