Seeking engineer with 10+ years track record presenting lines of large scale automated intralogistics systems to large commercial, government, contractor and engineering firm channels and supporting sales channel teams.
*** Research markets.
*** Identify new market opportunities and develop appropriate marketing and sales plans.
*** Monitor organization's market share and competition.
*** Cultivate C-Level executives at Logistics Organizations, Big Box Retailers, Architectural & Engineering Firms, Construction Contractors, and Municipal and State level government as well as C-Level Executives at Fortune 1000 firms.
*** Leverage managers and teams to drive revenue and profitability growth.
*** Grapple with market forces and stakeholder dynamics while maintaining balance of customer satisfaction, growth and profitability.
*** Develops succession plans for each sales territory.
*** Review and assess market data, pricing trends, commission and labor costs to drive revenue and profitability.
*** Travel to attend company functions, customer meetings, and provide critical and developmental oversight of Account Managers.
