Position Description & Requirements
POSITION SUMMARY
Access Radiology, a Radiology Partners practice is looking for a full-time Interventional Radiologist who is well rounded and comfortable with IR procedures such as drains, venous work and biopsies in addition to Diagnostic Radiology interpretations. Qualified candidates should be capable of performing radiologic interventions and procedures. We have a commitment to quality and ardently promote and invest in the professional development of our radiologists through quality and leadership programs. We offer highly competitive compensation, as well as malpractice insurance coverage, and CME & healthcare reimbursement.
Alexandria is a city in the parish seat of Rapides Parish. It lies on the south bank of the Red River in almost the exact geographic center of the state. It is the principal city of the Alexandria metropolitan area (population 153,922) which encompasses all of Rapides and Grant parishes. Residents can easily drive to New Orleans or Baton Rouge while living in a picturesque, family-oriented community.

- Be comfortable with all aspects of diagnostic radiology including body and interventional work
- 100% IR
- 14 days on, 7 days off
- Call schedule split equally
- After hour call-ins are relatively light

- Louisiana licensed preferred
- Fellowship trained in Interventional Radiology
- Candidates must be residency-trained in Diagnostic Radiology, Board-Certified/Eligible in Diagnostic Imaging
