How you'll make an impact in this role- Lead daily operations and clinical quality for patient care services as the Radiology Manager within our diagnostic imaging departments.
- Coordinate direct patient care and interdisciplinary team communication to ensure high-quality outcomes and efficient radiology department workflows.
- Manage staff relations and performance for the radiology team, overseeing recruitment, scheduling, and professional development to improve engagement.
- Monitor departmental budgets and productivity metrics to maintain financial health while optimizing supply expenses and resource allocation.
- Ensure strict regulatory compliance with Joint Commission and ACR standards to maintain safety and clinical excellence in diagnostic imaging.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
- One or more of the following:
- Cardiographic Tech credentialed from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI) obtained
prior to hire date or job transfer date. Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist, Registered
Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist, Registered Vascular Specialist, Registered Cardiac
Sonographer, Registered Congenital Cardiac Sonographer or Advanced Cardiac Sonographer also
accepted. - Nuclear Medical Tech credentialed from the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB)
obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Certified Nuclear Med Technologist, Non-Certified
Radiologic Technician, Computed Tomography also accepted. Texas Medical Board Medical Radiologic
Technologist General Certificate is required in addition to Nuclear Med Technology Certification
Board. - Radiologic Technologist specializing in Radiology credentialed from the American Registry of
Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. CI, VI, M, CT, MR,
NM, S, VS also accepted. Texas Medical Board (TMB) Medical Radiologic Technologist General
Certificate (TMB-GMR) is required if ARRT credential is in R, CI, VI, M, CT or NM. - Medical Sonographer credentialed from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography

Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'
degree/Technical degree with 2 years of experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific
experience required. - 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
