You're following your purpose- and there's still more to come. Keep developing your skills and explore all that you can do across our global company. As part of Jacobs' International Tax team, you'll join a group of strategically focused professionals. Working together, we'll help you grow and pursue what fulfills you so that we can make impacts on the future - big and small, global and local.
As the International Tax Manager, you'll be actively engaged in all aspects of international tax provision, as well as compliance, planning and research. You'll contribute by computing major US international tax items (i.e., GILTI, BEAT, FDII, FTC) for provision and compliance purposes and establishing modeling processes to improve efficiencies for the future. You will also coordinate review of local country tax provisions, manage relationships with international colleagues, oversee review of US international tax compliance performed by external service providers (including disclosures, E&P calculations, GILTI, BEAT, FDII, and foreign tax credit calculations), and help to develop and implement tax savings plans. You'll use your keen analytical skills and attention to detail to track and maintain US tax attributes (PTEP, basis, etc.), analyze local withholding tax implications associated with value and cash movements, and monitor the impact of tax legislation on the company's tax profile. Your team will also assist with tax research, tax audits, and the execution of strategies and policies related to international taxes in line with the goals and objectives of the tax department and company.
