Job Description

 We have partnered with a large Financial Services company in the Santa Fe, NM area to provide them with a Regional Service Manager

Job Description:

Primary Responsibilities:

Identify and contact leading advisors through outbound calling efforts, mail/email campaigns, and referrals

Work in tandem with the RC to develop and maintain working relationships with key Advisors and Firms

Make a minimum number of outbound sales calls per day and handle associated issues. Duties include advisor scheduling, call-backs, and lead generation

Respond to client inquiries, provide ongoing communication with clients and prospects, and manage clients/prospects throughout the sales cycle, resulting in closed business.

Cultivate new advisor relationships, and deepen existing relationships using TIM?s various mutual fund and separate account products

Serve as inside resource for industry and product information by developing strong knowledge of our products, the competition, the clients, and the marketplace

Maintain contact relationship management database (SalesForce) used by the TIM Sales Team to track meetings, advisor information, etc.

Coordinate weekly meeting schedule for the Regional Consultant

Process and maintain purchase orders for the region as well as other administrative duties

Requirements:

Proven results and demonstrated sustainable success in a competitive sales environment

Excellent ability to build relationships within our team, across our organization, and with our clients

Strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to thrive in a deadline-oriented atmosphere, with exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to learn and demonstrate industry and product knowledge and make client presentations

Prior experience in sales of financial products preferred

Prior internal sales desk experiencepreferred

Experience using Salesforcepreferred 

Bachelor?s Degree strongly preferred

SEC Series 7required

Limited travel
