Manages the creation and implementation of a strategic, multi-faceted communications program designed to build and strengthen the account’s role and reputation.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The position will coordinate activities of a functional support staff. Direct management responsibilities of 2 Communications Specialists (1 remote).
Development of a strategic communication plan to support the account’s goals and objectives.
Development and support of strategic change management activities related to account communication and transformation objectives.
Management of the design, development, production/printing, and delivery of all necessary materials to support account initiatives
Develop, communicate and implement branding/visual identity standards and guidelines for all printed materials.
Build and foster collaborative relationships with all departments to stay informed and abreast of new initiatives, products, and services. Utilize these relationships to resolve issues and move projects forward in a positive manner.
Identify opportunities to support organizational initiatives and develop or improve communications.
Individual to manage ongoing oversight of all team distribution lists, in partnership with list owners, used for internal and external communications
Provide executive communication support, including drafting of announcements, talking points and other communications collateral, to senior CBRE and client leadership.
Oversees other specific communications initiatives as needed.
Other duties may be assigned.
May provide formal supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area. Mentors and coaches team members to further develop competencies. Leads by example and models behaviors that are consistent with the company's values.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing or a related discipline from 4-year college or university, and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience and/or training. Real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
