LKMC has a partnership with the world class medical facility--Mount Sinai Medical Center in Miami Beach, FL--for the cardiac services and other advanced care it provides. LKMC is also proud to be the only hospital in the Florida Keys that offers labor and delivery services. We also offer physical therapy in Key West using a multi-joint strength system, in addition to other innovative systems and equipment for customized rehabilitation. LKMC is fully accredited by the State of Florida and the gold standard, The Joint Commission. What Does a Director of Inpatient Services Do?: As a Director of Inpatient Services with Lower Keys Medical Center, you will spend your dayâ€¦ Effective delivery of competent, compassionate, and efficient patient care in the Intensive Care Unit, the Progressive Care Unit, the Medical Unit and Surgical Unit. This includes overall direction of clinical management. Which Qualifications Do You Need?:In order to set you up for success, you need the basics ofâ€¦
- BSN, MSN or similar preferred.
- Minimum of 7 -10 years of acute care experience. Critical care experiencepreferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience.
- RN License in Florida or ability to obtain.
- Current BCLS and ACLS
