A minimum of 5 years of healthcare systems integration experience utilizing an interface engine methodology, preferably OPENLink, with thorough understanding of HL7 standards and the ability to interpret specifications documentation.
Experience with all phases of the software development lifecycle (requirement, design, development, testing, deployment, support).
Act as an SME where required for interface and integration considerations.
Proven leadership achieving success in integration projects. Candidate will have successful experience in driving a project from kick-off to go-live.
Ability to see the big picture and identifies requirements, and develop detailed implementation plan with level of effort (LOE) for diverse new projects and the enhancement requests to existing or new interfaces
Advanced organizational, presentation, and written and oral communication skills at all levels of the organization, including department managers, directors and senior executives
