  • Bachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university desired.
  • 5+ years of professional experiencewithin an agency; digitalpreferred
  • Team oriented and thrives in a collaborative environment
  • Advanced understanding of advertising and marketing principles
  • Expert knowledge of Adobe CC (XD, Photoshop, and AfterEffects), Sketch, and InVision
  • Demonstrates solid understanding of UX/UI, responsive design, and SVG animation
  • Possesses an understanding of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Displays solid grasp of brand aesthetic, usability principles, site architecture, user interfaces and navigation
  • Ability to think creatively, strategically, and technically, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and efficiently
  • Ability to sets stylistic and artistic direction
  • Flawless eye for detail and consistency regardless of project size
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent project management, organizational and time management skills
  • Kinetic email experience a plus
  • Additional creative skills such as copywriting/illustration/photography etc a plus

A Day in the Life

  • Translates creative briefs and feedback into breakthrough visual solutions that are on-strategy and meet client objectives
  • Develops conceptual moodboards, establishes look+feel, and delivers art direction and feedback for interactive projects while ensuring client brand and agency standards are met
  • Serves as a resource to, and supervises the work of designers and production artists, ensuring execution is on strategy and meets agency standards
  • Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiences
  • Leads conceptual brainstorms, encouraging participation and fresh thinking
  • Presents persuasively; clearly articulating design rationale and effectively selling ideas to clients and internal teams
  • Accountable for successful, on-time execution of visual creative direction, regularly reviewing creative work withDesign Director
  • Maintains an expert knowledge of brand guidelines and in-market creative for assigned clients
  • Works with Creative Resource Manager and Design Director to manage workflow and resourcing needs
  • Responsible for daily tasking, adhering to hours allocation, and seamlessly transitioning between projects to meet quickturn requests without compromising quality
  • Identifies and contributes fresh ideas by keeping a pulse on advertising trends—leveraging best practices, new technologies, and tactics
  • Remains current on industry trends and technology
  • Performs creative review on work post development
  • Occasional travel to other Havas villages and client locations may be required
