The Intelligence Planner (IP) Professional Development Program (PDP) Facilitator shall develop and instruct intelligence training courses and related/supporting practical exercises as directed by the Joint Intelligence Training Academy Pacific (JITAP).
Other Role Responsibilities:
Where appropriate, the courseware shall be tailored to USINDOPACOM requirements and support Professional Development Programs. The IP PDP Facilitator (contractor) shall research/gather and analyze/identify course/exercise requirements and develop a comprehensive training plan to include, but not be limited to, a detailed outline, instructional aids (student guide, facilitator guide, briefing slides, practical application and assessment mediums, etc.) and course sections, timing, and sequencing with a focus on Joint Intelligence Planning at the Combatant Command/Operational-level of Operations in accordance to the Joint Operations, Planning, and Execution System (JOPES). The course outline shall highlight specific areas of concentration for the course modules. Scenarios and exercises shall be designed to maximize student participation and shall be directly linked to course material and current real-world situations. Course/exercise design shall account for appropriate types of delivery methodologies (i.e. blended learning) to include but not limited to online, virtual, VTC, lecture, seminar, discussion, and practical exercise methods of instruction. As directed by JITAP, the contractor shall become qualified and instruct newly developed and existing courses from instructional institutions such as DIA ADI. This instruction shall include Distance Learning and classroom instruction at JITAP facilities located at Ford Island and Makalapa, Oahu, HI. Additionally, the contractor shall periodically instruct at selected locations throughout the Indo-Pacific Command (including but not limited to Japan, Korea, Australia, New Zealand, and Canada) and CONUS via JITAP Mobile Training Teams (MTT) or participate as a subject matter expert in partner engagement and other exchanges/workshops. The contractor shall maintain subject matter expertise and proficiency and update courseware as needed to ensure accuracy and relevancy of the material. Prior to conducting any instruction, the contractors performing under this subtask shall complete DoD instructor certification and JITAP's instruction course and/or other faculty development/instructor certification programs as required.

Education and Experience:
This position requires a Bachelor's Degree and At least 10 years’ experience of combined experience in intelligence planning, intelligence operations and intelligence analysis.
