Intelligence Collection Manager, Senior

As a Collection Manage specialist, you use your specialized technical and functional experience, and your attention to detail to assist with the review and assessment of vendor responses to client Requests For Information (RFI)/Response For Proposal (RFP) to support the selection of a vendor as the developer of the Collection Management Intel APP. You will additionally support acquisition decisions associated with collection management capabilities integration with formal Programs of Record under PM IS&A. You’ll assist with crafting, reviewing, and staffing Product Requirements Document to ensure functionality and suitability of collection management resource and planning tools for product capability integration. You’ll assist with engineering diagrams, SV-6 Systems Resource Flow Diagrams, test thread development, and test data analysis.
-Experience with technical source collection strategies, tools, and resources
-Experience with Geospatial Intelligence Collection (GEOINT), Measurement and Signature Intelligence Collection (MASINT), or and Open Source (OSINT) collection
-Knowledge of Intelligence Community, Human Intelligence (HUMINT) collection, or Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) collection
-Top Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
Nice if you Have:
-Experience with DoD data collection
-Knowledge of Defense Acquisition Process (DAP)
