JOB DESCRIPTION: SAVA is seeking candidates to support a governmentcustomer. Responsibilities for the Intelligence Analyst 5 may include, but arenot limited to the following:
Establishesmethodology for problems which do not appear to be susceptible to treatment bygenerally accepted methods;
Reviews andevaluates incoming intelligence reports and information, collection plans, andprograms;
Develops andprojects data, draws conclusions, and estimates probabilities based uponknowledge of current and past intelligence situations, and an understanding ofthe significance of conditions and trends;
Providesspecialized intelligence and threat analysis and production support;
Accesses andperforms research on designated automated intelligence databases for thepurpose of identifying information of interest to the customer, downloading theidentified information to an appropriate medium, and editing the informationinto format(s) to be specified by the customer;
Providesintelligence and threat analysis of the information that is tailored to thecustomer's requirements;
Developsinformation and technical support documents, summaries, reports, presentationsand other designated products in support of the customer's information andtechnical support requirements;
Presentsbriefings to personnel designated by the customer;
May provideleadership to lower level personnel.
Conduct massivedata analysis to include development of query techniques, prototype programsand algorithms.
ConductAnalytical and critical thinking; (i.e. understand problem set, review facts,make accurate observations and judgements and provide recommendations tomanagement).
Task/Project Managerresponsibilities may include, but are not limited to the following:
Plans, organizes,directs, and supports all activities identified in individual or multiple delivery/taskorder(s);
Ensuresconformance with task order schedules and costs;
Monitorspersonnel performance and productivity;
Develops andimplements training programs and remedial actions as necessary;
Responsible forformulating and enforcing work standards; assigning Contractor schedules;
Assisting in allproject management task performance;
Preparing,reviewing and submitting required reports and communicating policies, purposeand goals of the organization to subordinates; and
Shall beresponsible for the overall Task Order performance and quality assurance.
Possess a TopSecret Clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility andthe ability to pass a US Government counterintelligence polygraph examination.
US citizenship isrequired.
A minimum of ten(10) years of relevant experience are required.
