US Job Description
The IP, Tech & Data Group of Reed Smith LLP is currently seeking an exceptional junior or mid-level associate to join the firm's Philadelphia office. Reed Smith's IP, Tech & Data Group comprises nearly 100 lawyers and spans the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany and France and provides counsel and litigation services throughout the United States Europe, Asia and other parts of the world.
Successful candidates will have a JD from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Pennsylvania bar. Candidates must have a technical background with strong writing and analytical skills and show a high degree of initiative. The position requires the IP associate to do patent prosecution, trademark prosecution, non-contentious counseling and litigation support. Patent bar registration and prior prosecution experience is preferred.
