Job purpose


The Integration Project Manager is a client facing role that focuses on leading the integration project component of all client implementations. This includes building the integration between our clients’ software systems and those of AvidXchange. This role requires that the individual is self-motivating, assumes responsibility easily and can work autonomously. Key characteristics include the ability to form strong client relationships and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical resources. Must also possess a strong desire and affinity for learning new technologies quickly as well as maintaining a strong attention to detail.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Primary focus will be the deployment of integrated solutions to an expanding client base
  • Manage multiple projects of varying sizes and degree of difficulty
  • Act as liaison between operations, development, sales, and implementation as needed for projects
  • Act as knowledge expert for specific accounting systems
  • Proactively identify and drive opportunities for process improvement
  • Assist in training new team members
  • Coordinate issue resolution efforts to ensure timely resolutions are met and customer satisfaction is upheld
  • Must adapt quickly to changes in requirements and communicate acrossinternal teams and clients
  • Comfortable leading phone, web, and face-to-face trainings and meetings.



  • Candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills are a must
  • Experience communicating with all levels internally and externally
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 1-3years’ experience in customer support and/or supporting IT based offerings
  • One yearexperience with Altova Mapforce or similar logical mapping software
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word required
  • Understanding basic database relationships and terminology, SQL knowledge preferred
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Accounting background a plus, but not a requirement
