  • Assisting Architects/Technical Leads in developing and implementing application integration involving a range of applications from third party off premise cloud applications to on premise legacy applications
  • Understand and implement the technical vision for projects, or systems, keeping in mind cross-functional impacts, organizational impacts and architecture rationalization
  • Possess a depth and breadth of knowledge for the application’s business functionality, technologies and integration
  • Formulates logical statements of business or technical needs and develops, tests and implements efficient, cost effective application/integration solutions
  • Proactively address technical issues and risks that could impact project schedule and/or budget
  • Lead change by influencing and educating Business, IT and sourcing partners

Qualifications

  • Experience with SOA and API design/architecture
  • Experience developing SOA or API based solutions either through direct development or use of frameworks
  • Experience with ETL tools and concepts such as: Powercenter Informatica, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), IBM Infosphere Information Server
  • Experience around relational databases such as: Oracle, SQL Server
  • Ability to leverage native integration capabilities of commercial off-the-shelf software
  • Strong problem solving and analysis skills
  • Demonstrated ability to complete tasks within established timelines
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of independence but is also a team player
  • Strong relationship building skills and communication skills - written and verbal
  • Agile development framework and DevOps implementation experience a strong plus
  • Financial acumen, accounting experience or support of financial software a plus
  • Experience with message oriented middleware a plus
  • Experience in ERP Development and System Administration such: PeopleSoft (PeopleCode), E-Business Suite(Java, PL/SQL), JD Edwards or other relatable application suites a plus
  • Experience with Java/J2EE technologies a plus
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with at least three or more years of programming/systems analysis developing integration solutions
  • Enthusiastic, self-starter
