PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide leadership and contribution to process improvements, utilizing metrics for identification and results attainment
  • Participate in Sales calls that require strong Interface technical knowledge as well as exceptional communication skills
  • Responsible for assisting clients with the data gathering process, integration issues pertaining to the contracted interfaces, configuration, developing and testing
  • Provide support to the various departments and teams involved in the interface deployment, such as Project Management, Training, and Technical Support; other departments may include Product management, QA, Development and Sales
  • Build & configure the interfaces and route through the Integration engine
  • Facilitate resolution of Interface issues on T-System software and issues associated with the electronic demographics, orders, results, reports, Vitals and Problem lists to the ancillary departments and the HIS
  • Effectively communicate with the Ancillary Departments and vendors to discuss and resolve Interface issues
  • Document and share Interface configuration and the integration model with the Technical Support team and assist in the training process as it pertains to each client
  • Work closely with clients to verify accurate Ports, IP address information
  • Provide Interface go live and post go live support to the client
  • Adhere to and lead in the development or improvement of department procedures
  • Maintain an excellent customer satisfaction standard
  • Align conduct with the Company’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and support the Company’s Ethics and Compliance Program
  • Actively participate in Company provided training and education
  • Ensure individual compliance with all privacy and security rules and regulations and commit to the protection of all Company confidential information, including but not limited to, Personal Health Information

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • College Degree or an equivalent combination of education and directly related experiencerequired
  • 3-6 years of Integration experience with Ancillary systems such as Lab, Radiology, Respiratory Therapy, Pharmacy Medication Supply Stations and Vital Sign Monitors
  • Experience managing high priority work flow issues and their associated communications
  • Experience with XSLT, XML, Visual Basic, or other scripting/programming knowledge required
  • Experience with Integration engines Corepoint or Mirth required
  • Experience with FHIR is a plus
  • Knowledge of HL7 standards and experience implementing HL7 interfaces required
  • SQL Query experience for data export/import required
  • Proactive (i.e. predict problems/problem areas); identify and coordinate quality solutions to issues
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, ability to work independently or in a team environment
  • High level of organization and strong telephone and interpersonal contact skills required
  • Very Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Able to provide support, promote professionalism, and work well with people in all areas and at all levels of the company
  • Able to work with minimal supervision to carry out departmental goals
  • Able to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical personnel

TRAVEL: Required travel is estimated to be 5%

Must be able to remain stationary 80% of the time, operate a keyboard. Must be able to exchange accurate information with clients and co-workers in a clear audible speaking voice and hear normal speech.
