Purpose and Objective:
SAP Global Marketing, Inc seeks an Integrated Mktg Programs Expert at our Newtown Square, PA location (and various client sites nationwide) to simplify the engagement with regions, accelerate DG and drive DG insights and cross-region best practices.
Expectations and Tasks:
Assist with structured engagement process between global / regional marketing teams. Continuous visibility and alignment across LOB & regional marketing teams. Provide shared marketing plans between global / regions / Mus. Provide DG guidance to regions based on available content / programs and cross-region best practices. Drive requirements for personalization of program/content for top MUs as needed. Align marketing teams across global / region / BMO based on needed actions. Provide visibility on how content and programs best land in region. Provide recommendations of top performing local campaigns that can be globalized. Promote best practice sharing across regions & identify which best practices qualify as global programs. Drive collaboration across the organization (from global to field marketing) in support of pipeline generation in the Platform, Technology, ERP and Finance business. Enable how global programs are developed across inbound, outbound, sap.com and in person channels and by ensuring that regional specificities are taken into account in global plans. 20% travel required to various client sites nationwide.
Education and Qualifications/Skills and Competencies:
Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering, or related field of study and 7 years of experience required. The company will also accept a Master's degree and 5 years of experience.
