Job Summary

The Integrated Marketing (IM) Operations and Enablement position will support the Integrated Marketing team with internal project/resource management including Global, Regional, Sector and Service Line Brand, Marketing & Communication (BMC) planning/reporting/analytics control, GDS oversight, master activation calendar owner and global and agency/vendor Liaison, execution support on select specific projects and overall IM budgeting responsibilities rolling up to Americas Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a master IM activation calendar (cross region, sector and service line) and be responsible for timely updates
  • Manage all 'story-telling' decks and collateral that tell the story of how IM and BMC Marketing is activating One EY. Also includes strategic intent documents, org charts, relationship/support maps
  • Mange IM internal connection channels including SharePoint, team calls and team shared drive
  • Collaborate across IM teams to identify best practices, highlight key challenges and benchmark IM activities
  • Drive project plans and governance processes; identify and propose solutions for process improvements across IM teams
  • Assist in implementing KPI and ROI measurement and reporting for IM activities
  • Serve as quality control and oversight leader for Global Delivery Services (GDS) resources; provide project guidance as needed
  • Act as Digital Champion once needs are identified
  • Primary relationships owner for agency and global interactions
  • Responsible for relationship mapping and connectivity of team to stakeholders and report outs to said stakeholders
  • Support fiscal budget planning and ongoing management, working closely with the team leads to create reports and develop a monthly reconciliation process for all IM functional budgets
  • Act as a subject matter resource for firm tools and processes including BRET, SCORE etc.

To qualify, candidates must have:

  • Strong technical skills related to database administration, list management and email marketing tools / systems
  • Proficiency in standard technology including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and be the first adopter of new BMC / EY tools and technology systems, e.g., SharePoint, Mercury, etc.
  • Develop an ability to track and manage complex, large-scale budgets and reconcile spend
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills, ability to problem solve and act as a go-to resource on all IM operations and issues
  • Understanding of marketing and communication principles
  • Strong project management skills and ability to managing multiple, complex and time-sensitive projects through organization and prioritization
  • Demonstrated ability to team across groups of diverse stakeholders
  • Experience with CRM platforms and conceptualizing, executing and reporting performance analytics for email marketing campaigns
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to reporting requirements and risk management protocols
  • A minimum of 7 years related experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
