The manager of integrated marketing will be responsible for setting the promotion and communication strategy to drive loyalty of GAF products within a defined business segment (commercial, residential, or homeowner) in order to achieve business objectives. In addition to helping define strategy, this position will have direct involvement for managing the tactical execution of program. The integrated marketing manager will lead the customer engagement, acquisition and retention across the vertical and will be instrumental in achieving GAF brand and product awareness, engagement, and acquisition targets across various campaigns.


Execute comprehensive end to end marketing campaigns across a defined business unit

  • Develop strategy and tactical plan to achieve desired level of customer engagement; identify target audience, methods for identification and outreach methods (direct mail, email, phone, online, digital media, etc.)
  • Manage client relationships (both internal and external) to ensure open communications and that expectations are clearly defined and managed holistically as well as on a program by program basis
  • Define standard marketing materials and touchpoints for the assigned product area(s)
  • Lead the development of marketing materials by campaign working across internal and external departments
  • Build and own a defined marketing activation calendar and communicate across different functions within the business
  • Determine ROI analysis KPI metrics pre and post campaign and work with business analyst to report back out learning post campaign
  • Stay in touch with emerging technologies (i.e. targeted media, rewards capabilities, digital communication tools, etc..) and make recommendations on the best principles and new ideas to adapt into digital marketing plans to drive GAF conversion and loyalty
  • Assist with budget management across all touchpoints within campaign development

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field
  • 5 years of related experience
