Build and maintain relationships with assigned agencies, ensuring financial performance of agents and Workers Compensation programs' profitable growth.
*** Analyze and evaluate risk; propose and negotiate policy terms; and appropriate limitations & endorsements.
*** Review insurance quote submissions, referrals and amendments, liaising with sales teams to ensure new business and policy changes meet company underwriting criteria.
*** Communicate with agents to properly assess, underwrite, and propose terms to enable desired production.
*** Participate in prospecting and vetting of new agencies for appointment, as well as regular onboarding and training of new agencies and agency personnel.
*** Develop, execute, and refresh annual business plans including growth and profit targets, requisite actions, and associated commitments.
*** Provide management with competitive intelligence, related analysis, and general program feedback based on information gained through agency communication, quoting process, and related market research.
