The Farmers® Insurance District Office in Minneapolis/St. Paul is seeking individuals interested in becoming Agency Owners!

We are currently looking to expand into new Retail locations in the Twin Cities and surrounding area. These new Retail locations have bonuses (up to 300%) on premium written starting from day 1 and continuing for the first 3 years. 

We may also potentially have a few agencies with well-established revenue through residual commission coming available in the next 12 months.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
  • Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • Expand business reach through networking techniques
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations
  • Track and identify areas of improvement

Requirements:

  • Ability to obtain or possess an active Property & Casualty insurance license.
  • Ability to obtain or possess an active Life & Health Insurance license.
  • Chosen candidates must pass financial (no judgments, collections, or bankruptcies discharged within 1 year) and criminal background check (no felonies).
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to take risks.
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills.
  • Trustworthy and Dependable
  • Be a quick learner and a team player.
  • College Degree Preferred but not required.
