Well established personal lines auto insurer seeks experienced manager for immediate hire. Must have a background in auto insurance claims.
Claim Supervisor shall:
*** Manage mid-sized department of claim specialists.
*** Oversee and manage claims processes including proper handling of sensitive documents.
*** Effectively lead multiple teams and optimize workflow and staff allocation.
*** Conduct self-audits of department processes and workflows, adapting procedures as necessary.
*** Assess and fine-tune process alignment involved in claim response time
*** Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in personal lines auto insurance claims handling.
*** Extensive experience leading teams of varying sizes and skillsets.
*** Familiarity with process improvement and project management a plus.
