Manage projects for Personal Auto Insurance Lines of business from planning to implementation phases.
*** Lead Personal Auto projects or programs influencing companywide outcomes resulting in improvements to efficiency, expense reduction, or payment accuracy.
*** Research No Fault claims practices throughout industry and provide recommendations for required process, procedure, or reporting changes.
*** Develop project charter, timelines, work breakdown structures, and communications and implementation plans based on feedback from stakeholders.
*** Manage project teams consisting of representatives from key stakeholder groups.
*** Schedule and facilitate project meetings, including documenting meeting minutes and communicating them to participants.
*** Coordinate and maintain change management plans through implementation, ensuring communication plan is executed.
*** Track, evaluate, and resolve project risks, issues, change requests, and action items throughout lifecycle of projects.
*** Evaluate and communicate progress towards achieving milestones, and manage on-time delivery and sign-off of all phases of business projects.
*** Manage day to day vendor relationships and claims programs.
