*** Plan, schedule, and execute laboratory instrumentation demonstrations.
*** Schedule and perform routine instrument Preventive Maintenance, Calibration, and Qualification on various analytical instruments.
*** Help Customers develop standard configuration within analytical software systems.
*** Perform routine and advanced troubleshooting and repair of laboratory instruments.
*** Review and critique documentation associated with instrument maintenance, calibration, and qualificationevents.
*** Create, maintain, and update documentation and Standard Operating Procedures relating to instrumentation for customers.
*** Recommend changes to established instrument procedures to improve efficiency while maintaining compliance.
*** Coordinate with service team providing information regarding instrumentation issues or service, and managing service contracts.
*** Maintain instrument parts inventory system.
*** Provide assistance with internal and external audits.
