Institutional Fixed Income Sales at Oppenheimer Holdings in New York, NY

Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., a leading mid-tier investment bank, is currently seeking Institutional Fixed Income Sales Professionals for the following roles:

• US Rates Sales – Specialist Sales for Treasuries, Agencies, SSAs, Short-term instruments
• MBS/ABS – Specialist Sales for Pass-Thru's, CMOs, TBA, CMBS, Non-Agency, ABS
• Cross-Product – Generalist sales role across all fixed income products, required broad product knowledge and execution experience

In addition to DVP trading, capacity exists to custody assets in-house and provides fee-based investment services at the institutional level. Oppenheimer has approximately 90 offices across the United States and is interested in candidates across all geographies.

Requirements:

• Highly experienced research analysts and portfolio strategist across multiple sectors available to provide trade ideas and assist with client portfolios
• Must have an existing client base (MANDATORY)
• Series 7 and 63 registrations
• Travel approximately 25% of the time (nationally)
• 5+ years of experience in the markets applicable to the desired role
• Ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor Degree preferred
