Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize SEM advertising to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
  • Drive CRM strategy including email marketing, campaign automation, and customer lifecycle planning.
  • Oversee social ecoverse including owned/earned/paid media types. This includes content calendar creation, publishing, moderation, ad creation/targeting, and measurement.
  • Drive content marketing strategy, including staying up-to-date on content from Beyond the Box, offering audience insights for new social/blog posts, and researching content to share on social.
  • Develop affiliate/partner program across CPC and CPL cost structures.
  • Communicate opportunities, challenges and market trends affecting the Zappos Insights business.
  • Monitor and report on all advertising campaign performance on a monthly basis.
  • Identify opportunities that result in market share growth, improved customer retention, new customer acquisition, and conversion rate growth.
  • Analyze/execute strategy for both on-page content and off-page link building.
  • Design, develop and evolve attribution models to maintain accuracy and accountability.
  • Write scripts and storyboard marketing videos as necessary.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well in a fast paced environment.
  • Requires excellent analytical ability, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in teams.

  • A minimum of 3 years online marketing experience, preferably the bulk in SEM
  • Experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Adwords, Adwords Editor, ranking tools, etc.
  • Experience with Facebook, Bing, and Linkedin Advertising Platforms
  • Experience with Infusionsoft CRM & Salesforce Social Studio.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in marketing.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel experience.
  • B2B marketing experiencepreferred.
  • B2B sales experience is a plus.
