Description

Supervise team of inside sales representatives promoting product line of corrosion control products and related services.

 

Candidate must possess encyclopedic knowledge of the following products: Anodes, Cables & Splicing equipment, DC Supplies & Rectifiers, Polarization Cells, Overvoltage Protection, Junction & Bond Boxes, Test Stations & Markers, Reference Electrodes, Test Instruments, and Marine & Offshore Products.

 

*** Conduct one-on-one reviews with all sales representatives to enhance communications, understand training needs, and provide insight for improvement of sales performance.

 

*** Coordinate activities with Regional Sales Managers, Marketing, and other field resources.

 

*** Ensure production goals are met.

 

*** Provide technical expertise regarding best practices in service oriented sales.
