This Inside Sales position will focus on selling and business development supporting theIT Solutions (channel) business. This position will contact via phone and e-mail prospective customers and support resellers and our field sales personnel to promote, sell and close revenue opportunities. The goal is to aggressively prospect, maximize sales, and provide exemplary customer service. There will be an outstanding training program coupled with excellent base salary, commission structure, benefits, and high growth potential within the organization.




·       As a fully proficient leader within Inside Sales, provides coaching and mentoring to less experienced Inside Sales Representatives. Cross-functionally fluent, provides backup and support to others within the department. Provides input and recommendations to management to improve departmental processes.

·       Calls on and creates relationships with potential customers or leads, to cultivate new business

·       Develop and maintain a quality pipeline of opportunities within targeted account area

·       Coordinates sales activity in assigned territory with Field /Channel Sales Representative

·       In real time, accurately track and record customer communications in CRM tools

·       Serves as a liaison between prospective customers and company field sales personnel

·       Answers emails and phone calls from potential customers to explain products and services and promotes the advantages of our company

·       Helps potential customer determine the best solution for their needs. Presents solutions to customers based on specific need

·       Drive upsell, cross-sell and renewal deals end to end, including lead generation and qualification, solution development, presentation, contract negotiation and deal closing

·       Generates revenue by promoting sales of new and existing products and services

·       Answers technical questions about the company products

·       Responsible for generating quotes and configurations

·       Reviews company inventory, shipping deliveries, manufacturing timeline, etc. to ensure products and services desired can be delivered to customer given their expectation/need

·       Follow-up sales calls to customers to identify sales obstacles and overcome objections; generate revised proposals as necessary and process all contracts

·       May participate in salesevents to educate and promote products and services

·       Works on related projects as assigned



·       All functional groups including Order Entry, Manufacturing, Planners, Traffic, Services, Accounting, Application Engineering and Product Managers

·       Domestic and international saleschannels and field sales to share beneficial information regarding management accounts and respond to direction



·       Bachelor’s degree in a business related or technical field preferred

·       Previous Inside Salesexperiencepreferred

·       Proven track record at achieving measurable goals

·       Highly accurate with good attention to details

·       Be willing to adapt to new ideas

·       Demonstrated highly motivated self -starter who can work will in a team setting or independently handling multiple tasks simultaneously

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills, to include fluent English

·       Experience in a company where sales training (product and general) has been provided

·       Knowledge of technology, including software, hardware, and/or networking preferred

·       Must be computer literate and comfortable using Microsoft Office product suite



·       Associatedegree in a business related or technical field or related Military Certification.

·       At least five years of directly related tele-salesexperience.

·       Achieve and surpass assigned quota

·       Follow up on new leads within timeframe determined by management

·       Ensures the accuracy of quotas to company pricing, systems correctly reflecting the sale and invoicing.
