As a Direct Sales Site Development Representative, you will be provided with existing leads as well as build your own contacts in order to establish a rigorous sales development program for the purchase of cell tower leases...
- 1-2 Years of inside sales experience calling on prospective customers, preferably within the real-estate sales (commercial or residential), insurance, home improvements, wholesale mortgage sales, or other services dealing directly with the public.
- Solid cold callingexperience is also desirable.
- Must possess the ability to make effective presentations via phone to high-net worth individuals.
- Must possess strong communication and interpersonal phone skills.
- Must be a highly motivated self-starter with the desire to exceed established performance goals.
- Knowledge and experience closing residential and commercial real estate transactions is a plus.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation: Generous Base Salary plus commission.
