Major Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

  • Dial on marketing leads
  • Man the web-based chat
  • Manage lead process to turnover to the ISRs
  • Social Selling e.g. LinkedIn
  • Salesforce Hygiene -track all lead activity, leads/campaigns and manage reports using Salesforce.com
  • Understand HPE Portfolio

 

Day to Day Activities:

  • Introduce the Check Point portfolio to prospective customers
  • Build a book of leads that will convert into qualified Opportunities
  • Respond to inbound calls, following up with leads generated by various marketing programs
  • Engage potential customers over web-based chat
  • Daily conversations with managers on call techniques
  • Weekly goal meetings around metrics
  • High volume of outbound calls to potential leads

  • Proficient with LinkedIn?desired
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com - desired
  • Strong follow-up skills, attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, enjoy the challenge of tight deadlines and managing a variety of duties Patient and persistent
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey them over the phone
  • Comfortable with performing high volume outbound calls to potential leads
