What you'll be doing

    • Develop an assigned territory selling to medium and large enterprise accounts
    • Build a 3x pipeline through methodical prospecting - outbound calling, email campaigns, marketing events and social media
    • Drive the entire sales process from generating interest to Proof of Value to closing the deal
    • Develop strategies and tactical plans to successfully navigate customer’s organization, identify key stakeholders, discern buying influences and decision-making process, and the procurement process  
    • Deliver against established key performance metrics, pipeline growth and quota goals
    • Work with sales development team to follow-up on leads from campaigns, trade-shows, seminars, etc.
    • Close new logo deals with a mix of on-demand and annual contract customers
    • Create, build and nurture customer relationships     
    • Use value selling methodologies to ensure customer success
    • Maintain CRMdatabase and weekly sales forecasts
    • Some travelrequired

Required experiences and skills

    • 5+ years experience selling SaaS/PaaS/IaaS or on-premise applications or infrastructure solutions
    • MUST demonstrate a track record of consistently exceeding quotas and related sales performance metrics
    • A “Hunter” salesperson who exhibits initiative that can reach and speak to stakeholders at all levels
    • Experience selling enterprise-scale SaaS, IaaS or PaaS platforms on a subscription basis
    • Ability to sell complex technical solutions and translate them into business value
    • Proven track record identifying and driving opportunities to close
    • Exhibits self-confidence and a strong drive to deliver results  Excellent negotiating and communication skills both written and verbal
