Inside Sales Representative

Under the general direction of the Director, Lead Development & Inside Sales, the Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging potential customers through multiple channels to find, get and keep net new business. InTouch Health is searching for a high impact, inside sales account executive, focused sales professional to join our Inside Sales team reporting to Marketing. This position is responsible for reaching out to prospective customer’s decision makers and working the sales process, guiding the buyer’s journey through the funnel all the way to close.


  • Work directly with the Lead Development Specialist team to process sales opportunities. Also engage with Field Sales and collaborate to drive net new revenue for InTouch
  • Engage web partners (Lead Anywhere, ON24) to access data and respond to all qualified Opportunities in a timely and professional manner. Utilize CRM (SFDC, Marketo), Web, Social Media and other tools as necessary to research and engage prospective customers and contacts to determine decision maker at appropriate target account and markets
  • Via telephone and email, initiate continuous outreach to prospective customers
  • Prospect and network through social media, web, email, and telephone to target accounts and contacts
  • Create and utilize emails templates for introduction, close and break up communications to prospective customers and contacts
  • Utilize Lead Development, Account Managers, existing marketing tools and company website to engage potential customers
  • Find, Get and Keep net new business
  • Create appointment and drive sales process from Sales Accepted to Closed Won
  • Maintain records of all activities in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Expect to make 30-50 calls per day and 50-75 individual emails per day for 100-125 outreach communications per day
  • Proven track record. Able to document achievements
  • Ability to work independently in making cold and warm calls/communications into target customers and territories
  • Disciplined organizational skills and record keeping in CRM systems (salesforce.comexperience is preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Proficiency with LinkedIn Professional Edition
  • Revenue generating responsibility along with additional measured metrics (Customer touch points, verified sales meetings, CBT New installs, upgrades, upsells Etc.)

Knowledge, Skills & Ability

  • Proven track record of sales performance to revenue goal
  • Understanding of complex, consultative selling process
  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions SaaS
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills
  • Motivated self-starter with high level of business professionalism
  • Articulate, influential and persuasive
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Possesses listening skills that allows collection of customer specific data
  • Outstanding organizational, prioritization and time management skills
  • Assertive, tenacious and driven to succeed
  • Strong work ethic and result-oriented
  • Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment and function through ambiguity
  • Works well with team members and cross-departmentally
  • Detail oriented


  • A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university (preferred)
  • 5 years prior salesexperience – (required)
  • 3 years selling in the health Care space or 5 years of other industry with transferrable knowledge, experience and skill sets
