Inside Sales Representative
My client is a wholesale distributor of pharmaceutical products such as Plasma Derivatives as well as Branded and Generic Oncologists, IV Antibiotics and many other products and supplies. As an Inside Sales Representative, you would be targeting Infusion Centers, Physician’s Offices, Pharmacies, Blood Banks, and Hospitals across the entire US. The company is headquartered in Doral, FL and has been operating since 1988.
Primary focus is nationwide lead generation assistance to sales force over the phone; outbound calling to Physician’s offices, Hospitals, Infusion Centers, Pharmacies, etc., as assigned by Director of Sales, providing information on the company and key product offerings. The Associate Business Manager will not be responsible for the generation of sales until he/she is fully trained.

The Associate Business Manager is responsible for generating leads and at least 5 competitive notes a day. Call volume will be monitored , requiring 80 calls daily OR 3 full hours of phone time.
The Associate Business Manager must keep the Director of Sales involved in their daily progress with Accounts and provide feedback as needed.
The position has upward mobility to become an Inside Sales Executive (TBM) based upon overall knowledge acquired and the ability to sell. This position provides you with the essential tools to become a great insides sales rep for the Pharmaceutical industry, the rest is in your hands!

Our sales position requires a high achiever with a strong personality and a desire to succeed in a highly competitive marketplace. Previous INSIDE SalesExperience is a must plus demonstrated experience in relationship management, territory management and cold calling within an inside environment that could propel you to a periodic outside opportunity when the need arises; all are parts of the requirement for this position.
Our sales personnel must be able to adapt to our Consultative Sales approach which aligns itself with the company’s value-added service philosophy and continue to promote Health Coalition, as a strategic business partner to existing customers and prospective customers. Must be able to build strong lasting relationships * Must be able to reach and or exceed sales quotas and other periodic goals and objectives set by management.
