*** Junction & Bond Boxes
*** Test Stations & Markers
*** Reference Electrodes
*** Test Instruments
*** Marine and Offshore Products
*** Cathodic Protection Systems
***Work with suppliers to identify and acquire new customers and maintain & increase sales to existing customers.
*** Formulate winning pricing strategies.
*** Communicate key performance metrics to Sales Representatives.
*** Oversee consistent application of sales philosophy and processes.
*** Directly support key customer accounts.
*** Evaluate key performance data daily to determine support and remedial actions.
*** Track outbound call activities and similar.
*** Ensure overall service levels exceed customer needs.
*** Contact customers following sale to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction and implement support survey activities.
