Job Description

As a key member of B.E. Smith’s Client Organization, the Inside Sales Partner works closely with the Vice President of Sales and theDirector of Sales in defined sales divisions to identify, develop, and close sales opportunities. The Inside Sales Partner serves in a highly visible sales role within the firm and benefits from strong sales and marketing support structure in place to assist with sales and account development responsibilities of the role.

The Inside Sales Partner’s sales targets include leadership positions atsmall-sized acute care hospitals with decision makers in HR leadership, CNO, COO and CEO roles.
Additional sales targets include leadership positions at medium-sized acute care hospitals with decision makers in Nursing Director and Manager-level roles.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demand generation and client engagement via outbound phone calls, emails, direct marketing strategies, and regional industry eventsupport.
  • Pipeline opportunity creation through activity focused on lead identification, lead nurturing, and qualification into forecasted opportunities.
  • Sales contributions as both lead sales person and in a supporting role, depending on the opportunity.
  • Approximately 10% travel to visit clients/prospects.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • 3+ years working in a professional setting with responsibility for inside sales, field sales or recruitment activity
  • Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
