Inside Sales Representative in Broomfield, CO

We are looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales rep committed to finding new customers. You will report directly to Acting VP Sales. In this fast-growing space, you will have plenty of opportunities to grow your career. Your primary duties will include prospecting, developing and closing sales, while closely working with your manager. These tasks will include cold calling, email, discovering, qualifying and advancing sales opportunities.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads, qualify prospects, and manage your sales pipeline
• Meet or exceed your sales quota
• Closely work with the VP Sales in various stages of sales – prospecting strategies and tactics, presentations, proposal development and implementation plans.
• Identify, nurture, and close opportunities primarily with new customers
• Manage prospects through the sales process
• Utilize consultative, solution selling techniques to effectively guide the sales process to close
• Create and manage sales forecasts on monthly and/or quarterly and annual basis
• Track all sales activities including pipeline in our Salesforce CRM platform

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience
• 2+ year of technical or complex sales experience
• Some background in industrial manufacturing is required
• Education: BS marketing, engineering or relevant technical field
