Currently we have an opening for an Inside Sales Director in our NY office. In This position you will lead a team of 5-8 new business individuals selling to strategic and geographic accounts throughout the U.S. This role is pure management with no personal sales target.
You will be responsible for maximizing your teams revenue generation and acquiring new business for the company. The ideal candidate is one who has built and led sales teams in the software space and has a strong track record closing revenue.
In addition, you should also have experience in supporting/mentoring the direct reports that make up the sales team. You will need to have previous experience selling enterprise software and at least 2 years in team leadership / management.
