This is a full-time, hybrid position - 2 days remote work from home and 3 days in our Norwood, MA corporate office

At Reliable Respiratory, we provide the highest quality Durable Medical Equipment, along with professional, understanding, and attentive service. We care about our customers, work closely with the medical community, and have highly skilled staff ready to assist customers in receiving the best airway management care possible for sleep apnea and asthma.

The Inside Sales Manager leads and manages the inside sales team, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer relationships are maintained. This role involves developing sales strategies, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support to sales representatives.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback and training.
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales team members.
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Oversee customer interactions to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues as needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Track and report on sales team performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Implement processes and tools to enhance sales productivity and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Develop and refine sales processes and best practices.
  • Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies and procedures.
  • Leverage CRM tools and technologies to streamline sales operations.
  • Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to share insights with the team.

Basic Qualifications
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require work authorization from us now or in the future
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications are a plus
  • At least 3 years of relevant management experience
