Discover your future at Pandora.The Sales Manager for Inside Sales is a leadership role at Pandora managing a team of seven or eight account executives responsible for selling the company’s products and services, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts across a geo-focused sales territory.Responsibilities:  

  • Has general and specific ad industry knowledge that translates into being a subject matter expert in the local advertising marketplace
  • Teaches/coaches the art of responding to, negotiating and converting inbound leads into revenue-generating accounts
  • Manages activity and goal attainment using
  • Accountable for achieving sales quotas for team
  • Motivates and allocates available resources to help individual sellers meet assigned revenue goals
  • Works with and across team to execute and deliver high quality responses to all inbound leads and RFPs
  • Creates innovative sales presentations, incorporating industry research and campaign performance data
  • Ensures that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

Preferred Requirements: 

  • 3+ years management experience
  • Successful track record of recruiting and developing new or inside sales professionals
  • Well-versed in
  • Experience hiring and training a sales or sales service team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to develop and manage a consistent sales pipeline
  • Must be creative, smart, and passionate, as well as a problem solver and a team player
  • Entrepreneurial spirit driven to achieve sales goals
