N3, Part of Accenture, is adding highly motivated sales leaders to join our team. As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and growing the next generation of sales leaders. - Performance Management - Drives sales team performance by directly managing N3 POD sellers and setting KPI targets, implementing effective sales and messaging strategy, and designing + executing individualized performance optimization plans, driving execution.
- Client Engagement- Provides input on sales tactics based on offering performance and market response to Sales and Program Leadership.
- People Management- Greater-among-Equals team lead or Manager for small POD (1:15) within a single territory. Builds and manages a high performing Sales Team, drives 1 on 1 and team talent management process to ensure assigned team members are exceeding performance KPIs.
- Deliverable- Owns POD performance against sales targets, implements sales execution process, delivers actionable insights from analysis of trends and market insights.
- Scope / Complexity- Requires some instruction on daily tasks and moderate instruction on new assignments.
- 5+ years sales experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
