Manage, develop, and coach Inside Account Executives to maximize sales while building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Meet sales goals and customer satisfaction objectives.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
Coach, monitor, and motivate Inside Account Executives to sell Renaissance solutions and reach sales goals.
Coach on proper outlook process to achieve accurate forecasts of quarter and full year sales
Assist Inside Account Executives in building territory plans that focus on building new business opportunities
Monitor sales pipelines to ensure that opportunities are moving through the sales process to close.
Assist District Account Executives in closing opportunities.
Develop talent and selling skill competencies in individual reps.
Create team building activities that motivates average performers to become high performers.
Provide guidance to internal processes and procedures.
Monitor phone calls for quality.
Evaluate job performance, probationary and semi-annual.
Maintain communication flow with other department leadership and keep departmental employees updated on all RLI products, policies and procedures.

Education & Experience
Direct sales experience is a must
3-5 years sales management experience required
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or Master’s degree from four-year college or university
Five years related experience and/or training, OR
Equivalent combination of education and
experience, and/or training
Certificates, Licenses, Registration
Knowledge of CRM (Microsoft Dynamics CRM), management
Proficient with PC applications
Proficient with Tableau
Proficient with MS office applications (Word and Excel)
Virtual meeting software proficiency
Other General Skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
History of being a self-motivated team player who can handle multiple priorities simultaneously
